Quarto! Classic

Quarto! is a strategy game for two players. In a turn, a player chooses one of sixteen pieces and allows his opponent to place it on the playing field. The player who creates a line of 4 pieces that share at least one characteristic wins!

Quarto! has a 4x4 gridded playing field and 16 figures. Each figure has four different characteristics - color, height, shape and filling. Respectively, each figure is white or black, long or short, round or square, with an empty center or a full center. The object of the game is to place the fourth piece in a line where all four pieces have at least one characteristic in common. The catch is that your opponent chooses which piece you place on the field.
