Istanbul Big Box

Istanbul: The Big Box is the all-in-one Istanbul bundle that includes the base game as well as both expansions, Mocha & Baksheesh and Letters & Seals. It also includes the Istanbul: Caravan Leader Mini Expansion.

This set also gives players the opportunity to play on a large 5 x 5 market.

In Istanbul, you manage a team of one trader and four assistants in 16 market locations. At each such location, you can perform a specific action. The challenge, however, is that you have to move your merchant and sidekick to get the action going, and then leave the sidekick behind (to handle all the details while focusing on the bigger issues). If you want to use this helper again later, your merchant must return to the location to pick him up. So you need to plan ahead carefully so you don't end up without helpers and unable to do anything…
