Escape Dark Castle: Scourge of Undead Queen

Escape The Dark Castle expansion.

A new game mechanic - Companions - appears in this expansion. These characters can appear during quests and join prisoners to help them escape. RPG fans will know them as NPCs (Non-Player Characters). Players will now encounter event cards that will trigger the arrival of a single companion. Each companion has a unique mix of traits and special abilities. They are powerful allies, but their presence can be short-lived, so prisoners must choose carefully how and when to summon them.
