CHAMPIONSHIP RULES
The games are played according to the official "6. take!” championship rules.
Secretary
Before the game starts, the players agree on who will act as secretary. If the players cannot agree, the Secretary is the player who is last in line at the board.
The secretary is responsible for dealing the cards for each of the rounds, as well as recording the results. The clerk oversees that all the cards are correctly added to the rows. The secretary makes sure that all players have played face down cards and gives a signal to reveal them at the same time.
Player Responsibilities
Each player must ensure that they are dealt 10 cards at the start of the round. Yes, during the game it is discovered that one of the players has too few or too many cards, that player receives a penalty (not the Secretary who dealt the cards).
Too many cards
A player receives a penalty and another player randomly draws cards until the appropriate number of cards is reached.
Too few cards
A player receives a penalty and another player randomly draws cards from the remaining deck until the appropriate card limit is reached.
During the entire game, players must clearly understand which cards are in their hands and which are in the pile of bulls. Players are recommended to keep their hand cards in their hands throughout the game.
Round and end of game:
At the end of each round and game, the bulls are counted and recorded by the Secretary in the game questionnaire. Results are announced at the end of each round.
The game ended after three rounds were played. The player with the fewest bulls becomes the winner; the other players are sorted by points in ascending order.
If several players get the same number of points, they share a place.
After three games played, the top 6 players advance to the finals. The winner of the final becomes the champion of Latvia.
If several players receive the same result in the final, then the player who received fewer points in the three qualifying games takes the higher place.
Penalty points:
All players may receive the following penalty points:
- 15 penalty points if the player shows the cards in his hand
- 10 penalty points if the Secretary deliberately records incorrect results
- 10 penalty points if a player is late for the start of the game by less than 5 minutes.
- 20 penalty points if a player delays the start of the game for more than 5 minutes
- 30 penalty points if a player is more than 10 minutes late or misses a round. Repeated lateness may result in disqualification from the championship.
Rating:
Players are ranked by the following parameters in order of importance:- Number of points (the less points the better)
- Places won in the round (the higher the places, the better)
