Players must secure their supplies and routes to five markets in order to trade. Each turn you receive goods from the territory where the population supports your empire, but you have to feed them.

You can fight to control territories and besiege other cities, or you can use your diplomacy to convince cities to join your side. But cities pride themselves on their independence, so you'll need to build some projects to gain the prestige you need for your military maneuvers.

This new edition of Polis features updated revised rules and a new design that will improve the game experience.
