In any case, we share a great interest in everything related to board games and their culture, so some of our colleagues have agreed to tell us about the games that they find interesting and relevant at the moment.

TIME Stories

TIME Stories is an exciting strategy board game. A game that is literally and figuratively one-of-a-kind. Players are employees of the TIME agency, trying to prevent the destruction of the entire globe by solving the paradoxes that have arisen in time and space.

The agents are presented with one mission - to find out what has caused the fluctuations in the timeline and fix them. Players can make mistakes or succeed, with options to go back in time to change the course of events or correct mistakes. The goal of the game is to complete the mission. Once that's done, it's not as interesting to play a second time because the answers are known. But there is good news - new missions, or expansions, are available!

Sabine: A game that completely and utterly immerses players in another world for several hours. The ability to judge, work in a team and notice details is important in this game. Often the game has captivated me in such a way that I started to experience it as if I were experiencing everything on my own skin. For a few hours, you and your friends take on new identities, but all have the same goal: to solve the mystery. The game will be perfect for anyone with a little Poirot or Miss Marple inside.

Pandemic

Pandemic is a popular cooperative strategy board game. A pandemic has taken over the world and you and your team of friends are the only ones who can stop it. All players are a team of scientists who are looking for cures for various diseases that are spreading around the world. Either everyone wins or everyone loses and the world is infected.

The playing field is a world map with the places with the highest population. In each turn, the player can take up to 4 actions - travel from city to city, take care of a group of infected people, discover a new medicine or build a laboratory. Card kava gives players these abilities, but next to that kava is epidemic kava, which creates new challenges, making infections stronger and spreading faster. Each has its own unique role with its own unique abilities. Players can only win the game by working together as a team.

Sabine: A great way to fulfill your dream of saving the world. Working together with other players, you have to create tactical moves that will help save the world from viruses, and it doesn't even require a doctor's education. The biggest advantage of Pandemic is that all players learn to work together and use the special abilities of their assigned roles. Also, people are often excited by the design of the game - small plastic cubes depicting viruses often attract players.

Dixit is a popular association board game for the family. One player chooses one of their cards and describes it however they want - with text, a quote, a sound, a song or even silence. When a card is characterized, it is placed face down in the middle of the table while the other players choose from their cards the most suitable card for the given description. Then the cards are shuffled and opened.

Sabine: An ideal way to creatively employ a large company and, best of all, the outcome is unpredictable. With the help of Dixit, you can also get to know the other players better by observing their associations and thinking style. This game is not only for fun but also for aesthetic enjoyment because of the beautiful association cards. It will appeal to both young and old, because everyone is equal in this game. Attention, Dixit is really addictive, because once you play it, you will want to play it again and again! It will definitely not be boring!
