December 22 - Stone Age
Uga-chaka, uga-uga, uga-chaka, uga-uga, uga-chakaH HAHAĀ Hello! Hehehe! We got a little lost in the atmosphere of the cave age.. o.0 But there is a reason for that! ;) Today's game is Stone Age .
Stone Age is a strategic board game for the family. If you liked Catan, then this game is for you. The game remains firmly in the Top 70 World Games chart.
Each player is the leader of a tribe in the Stone Age. Players send their tribe members to get various materials, food, build buildings and do other things that every tribe member had to do every day in the stone age.
Each player is given one family of Stone Age people. It consists of five little people who try to survive the lives of their era. They build houses, reproduce, hunt, cut trees, collect clay, pick stones and even find gold. I don't think gold is thematic for the game, but what do you expect from a game where if you don't have food to feed your tribe, you can give them trees or rocks to eat. Read more here .
Dennis: "A couple of years ago, I played the game "Stone Age" for the first time, which introduced me to one of the genres of board games that I like the most at the moment - employee placement. Now I have played various games of this genre, one even appeared in my dream after playing, but it was "Stone Age" introduced me to these types of games.
I believe this game is so popular because of the exciting rivalry. Although players do not attack each other with armies or loot resources from storages, the battle between player-controlled tribes is for the various resource mining sites, where the number of workers is limited. Players compete against each other for houses and development cards to obtain with resources to earn points for their tribe."
